FAQs

1.  How to Switch Cleaning Modes?

B400 offers two cleaning modes:

1. Hot Water Mode

Press the "Water" button on the handle once. Preparation Time: 15-25 seconds for hot water.

2. Steam Mode

Quickly press the "Steam" button on the handle twice. Preparation Time: 30-35 seconds for steam.

Note:During steam preparation, a small amount of water may discharge—this is normal. For optimal performance, wait until the mode is fully prepared before starting cleaning.

2. Why is the surface still damp after cleaning?

(1) When operating the machine, there's no need to hold down the water spray button continuously. Simply wet the stained area thoroughly, wait for the stain to dissolve, and then scrub.

(2) The upholstery cleaner works similarly to a washing machine—cleaned items will naturally remain wet. First, spray water and scrub, then keep the brush head upright and press down to suction, much like blow-drying hair. The longer you suction, the drier the surface becomes.

 3.  How to fix no water after pressing the spray button?

If no water comes out when pressing the spray button or no water comes out when pressing the self-cleaning button, please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

First, unscrew the six screws on the device, remove the cover and the self-cleaning button. You'll now see the water pipe.

Second, Remove the screw on the left side of the faulty button. Gently pull out the clip structure holding the button in place.

If the water pipe appears pinched or deformed, the last step is press it horizontally to restore its shape, let the air into the water pipe.

If no water comes out when pressing the self-cleaning button, same steps for above, water pipe push the valve back into place. Reattach the clip. Screw back the left-side screw. Power on, it can work properly.

4.  What to do if the machine has no suction/suction weakens?

(1) Check if the dirty water tank has reached the maximum water level. If yes, empty it before use.

(2) Inspect the hose and suction inlet for clogs. If found, clean them before use.

(3) Confirm if the machine has been operating for too long. If yes, power off and let it cool for 30 minutes before reuse.

(4) Remove the dirty water tank and start the machine to check suction strength at the main unit's inlet. If suction remains weak, this indicates a motor issue - please contact after-sales service for repair.

5.  Which Materials Are Suitable for Cleaning with an Upholstery Cleaner?

Generally, any material that is water-washable can be cleaned with an upholstery cleaner.

Note: For delicate or expensive materials (such as wool carpets, leather sofas, or latex mattresses), it is recommended to test the cleaner on a small, hidden area first. If no issues occur, proceed with full-scale cleaning.
