1. Why is the surface still damp after cleaning?
(1) When operating the machine, there's no need to hold down the water spray button continuously. Simply wet the stained area thoroughly, wait for the stain to dissolve, and then scrub.
(2) The upholstery cleaner works similarly to a washing machine—cleaned items will naturally remain wet. First, spray water and scrub, then keep the brush head upright and press down to suction, much like blow-drying hair. The longer you suction, the drier the surface becomes.
2. What to do if the machine has no suction/suction weakens?
(1) Check if the dirty water tank has reached the maximum water level. If yes, empty it before use.
(2) Inspect the hose and suction inlet for clogs. If found, clean them before use.
(3) Confirm if the machine has been operating for too long. If yes, power off and let it cool for 30 minutes before reuse.
(4) Remove the dirty water tank and start the machine to check suction strength at the main unit's inlet. If suction remains weak, this indicates a motor issue - please contact after-sales service for repair.
3. Which Materials Are Suitable for Cleaning with an Upholstery Cleaner?
Generally, any material that is water-washable can be cleaned with an upholstery cleaner.
Note: For delicate or expensive materials (such as wool carpets, leather sofas, or latex mattresses), it is recommended to test the cleaner on a small, hidden area first. If no issues occur, proceed with full-scale cleaning.
4. Which Materials Are Suitable for Cleaning with an Upholstery Cleaner?
It may be hard to open if it’s the first time or hasn’t been used for a long time. You can try gently opening it from the gap around the lid.
5. Why doesn't hot water/steam come out after turning on the machine?
After turning on the machine, you need to wait about 30 seconds for it to prepare the hot water/steam. Please be patient and wait.
